Returns & Exchange

  • If you want to return or exchange any product. We need to be notified within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • Returns/replacements will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging, with the tags still attached and in unused conditions.
  • If you receive an item that is defected or is not as mentioned in the post. We will exchange your product free of cost and with no pickup or delivery charge.
  • Once you order a product and is delivered to you it is non-refundable. In case, there is any defect or any other problem with the product we can exchange it but a refund will not be entertained.
  • Refund will only be applicable if we are unable to exchange your product within 2 days after you return the product.
  • If the product is fine but you just want to exchange it with a different color or anything else then additional pick up and drop off charge will be applicable. Also, all the product tags and labels need to be intact with no physical damage to the product.
